Completed services are our livelihood! Missed appointments will result in being charged 100% of the service(s) booked. Cancellation fee applies when cancelling within 48 hours of service. We allow 7 minute grace period after scheduled time. Failure to notify when you are running late will result in cancellation of scheduled service (cancellation fee applies) in order to accommodate guests scheduled after you.
